Group Managing Director
Bradley Lambert is the Founder and Group Managing Director of First Choice Nursing Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing healthcare staffing and care solutions providers. With over a decade of experience in the health and social care sector, Bradley has built a reputation for creating safe, reliable and high-quality care services that genuinely put people first.
Having established First Choice Nursing as a trusted national provider, Bradley identified a growing need for more personalised, clinically robust and consistent care for individuals with complex needs — leading to the creation of First Choice Healthcare, a specialist service designed to bridge the gap between traditional homecare and clinical care delivery.
As a founder-led organisation, First Choice Healthcare benefits from the scale, infrastructure and quality assurance of the wider First Choice Group, while maintaining the personal, hands-on approach required for truly exceptional complex care. Bradley remains actively involved in the strategic direction and quality of the service, ensuring every package of care reflects the values on which the group was built: safety, dignity, consistency and compassion.
Jennifer Fynn
Registered Manager
Jennifer Fynn is a highly experienced Complex Care Registered Manager with over 27 years’ experience delivering and leading specialist care services for adults and children with complex, clinical and long-term conditions. Her career spans domiciliary care, community-based complex care, mental health services and residential care, with a strong focus on safe, person-centred, clinically robust support in the community.
As Registered Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of large-scale complex care services, overseeing thousands of care hours each week — including clinical governance, safeguarding, quality assurance, risk management, care planning and full compliance with CQC requirements. She works closely with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes.
Jennifer has a proven track record of service improvement within complex care environments and brings a calm, resilient and solution-focused leadership style, particularly within high-pressure clinical and safeguarding situations. She is passionate about developing skilled care teams, promoting clinical excellence, and ensuring individuals with complex needs can live safely and with dignity in their own homes.
Tristan Luke Felaar
Business Development
Tristan Luke Felaar is a results-driven Business Development professional with over seven years of experience spanning healthcare recruitment, complex care acquisition, B2B sales and compliance management. He has a strong track record of building trusted relationships, driving strategic growth, and securing high-value healthcare packages within UK local authority and NHS frameworks.
Tristan has led business development initiatives across adult disability, CAMHS and complex care services, successfully securing complex, high-risk care packages and working closely with operational leaders to deliver tailored solutions that meet both clinical and commissioning requirements.
Known for his consistency, quality of work and strong communication skills, Tristan has received multiple performance awards recognising his impact and professionalism. He is passionate about building long-term partnerships and contributing to organisations that prioritise quality, compliance and person-centred care.
